Peter Angel
Peter Angel is the founding Principal of Pearl Real Estate Partners. Previously, Peter was a Vice President in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate group in San Francisco, CA. During his time at Wells Fargo, he originated and managed over $2.9 billion of construction, bridge, and structured debt capital for private equity fund sponsors and private institutional commercial real estate investors. While at Wells Fargo, he was also responsible for the investment and management of over $1.4 billion of equity in joint ventures and commingled private equity funds.
Peter serves on a Urban Land Institute Product Council and is a Board Member of Portland’s Pioneer Courthouse Square. Peter served on the City of Portland’s Unreinforced Masonry Building Workgroup.
Peter began his career with Howard S. Wright and HFF in Portland, OR. Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
Megan Conser
Megan Conser is an Acquisitions Associate with Pearl Real Estate Partners. Prior to her current role, Megan worked for C&R Real Estate Services in Portland, who manages 8,000 units in Oregon and Washington. Megan began her career in real estate with Diversified Property Management in Albany, OR.
Megan graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
